Networth Realty of Atlanta is part of a larger company Networth Realty, which was founded in 2008. We branched off a larger corporation with 20 years of experience in the field crashed due to the market and a flawed business structure. We are a real estate investment services organization that is a licensed real estate brokerage, but only work in the investment arena. Our model has proven to be effective and allowed us to grow even when everyone else has downsized or closed their doors. We currently have offices in Houston, Dallas, and San Antonio and have been closing 200-300 deals yearly for the past 7 years. (including the time we were involved with the larger company)
Our current funding for day-to-day operations are intact and fully capable. What we are looking for is for investors to help grow a third party hard money lending company that is based in Texas to help satisfy the huge demand for investment lending in Atlanta, GA where most of it is dried up, though the market is prime for investors. We've worked closely with them over the past 3 years and have found a great relationship with a streamlined process with much success. Books can be opened up to any potential investor serious about entertaining this option.
