Dear Investors,
We recently obtained access to a successful oil field lease. We Just Started this company to perform two projects.
We are looking for capital to rework 3 existing oil and gas wells here in Texas. We need $138,000 for the rework project. That will give us a 60% net interest in the wells. Calculated returns should be substancial! (Details available for serious inquiries.)
When the rework project is complete we then plan to drill a new well. Funding for that project is forecast at $482,290 with current oil field service/worker prices.
We can do both projects in quick succession for $620,290; The rework project as phase one to start generating cash. First profits should come in 3 to 5 months from the start of work. Then, as phase two we could drill the new well.
We would like to move with reasonable speed to complete these two projects. The longer we wait, the higher oil field labor and equipment cost go. What we lack in capital we make up for in effort.
