We are not a start up for some reason that's the only option on this website. I appreciate your interest in our company. We are committed to making our partners very successful. We mostly deal with buying houses under valued and restore them to flip for a profit. We try to buy homes at or below 70% of market value. We mostly work in Oklahoma but we have also done some in Texas. We generally rely on hard money lenders to do these deals. We are hoping to find different lenders because we want to be able to do more deals as well as expand our rentals. I figured 10% interest is fair. Thanks
