Description:
We are currently an architecture firm that works mostly with investors and developers. The founder & principal has 15 years of experience working with different firms related to developement & construction. At this time, we are looking to make the jump to full-time developers. We are able to do all phases in-house. Currently we have a multi-unit property under contract and we need some funding. We will continue afterwards with more properties we have in the pipeline.
