Description:
I am a Paralegal and Foreclosure Consultant, I work with homeowners that are facing foreclosure. Along with the assistance of an attorney that I have contracted with, I conduct all legal and negotiating proceedures on behalf of my client. When circumstances result in the homeowner not wanting the home or cannot afford to keep the home, I usually wholesale it to other investors. At this time I am looking to expand my business to include the option of purchasing the home myself.
