Our aim is to develop an already existing company, which operates a real estate agency in Sofia (Bulgaria) as well as two of the most visited internet sites in the field of real estate, into a real estate project development company. Our initial market will be Bulgaria, and later on Macedonia, where we already have established contacts for partnership and have identified various investment opportunities.
Our business model operates as follows:
- identification of a real estate development site;
- purchase of the site;
- obtaining of the necessary construction permits;
- realization of the project (we sub-contract but supervise construction and handle the sale).
Our team is composed of experienced lawyers, real-estate agents, civil engineers and marketing specialists, most of whom hold a degree from a prestigous european university and have acquired significant experience in France, the UK and the Middle East.
The projects for which we need financing are in the residential and commercial sector (offices).
