Description: We are on the growth path and essentially need angel funding for a period of 1-2 years. We are currently and IT consulting company and in the next three years we are set to grow exponentially. We are creating new Practise groups within our company to cater to our clients needs in the areas of IT infrastructure, ERP, Platform technologies. We also have offshore development facilities which we want to grow in the year 2007-8. We are looking to hire about 120 people in the above areas besides hiring sales and recruiting staff. We also have some IT products which we want to introduce in specific markets. We are looking at angel funding from either one or multiple sources which could range from $100 k to $500k to take care of cash flow and working capital gaps.
