We are Window Pros LLC. I originally started the company back in 2004 as Waytec Enterprises LLC. It then became Waytec Windows and Doors a year and a half later. Since July of last year, I changed the name again to Window Pros LLC. I started Waytec Ent back in '04 and did alright. A year later I wanted to grow and met up with a guy who seemed rather intellegent and business savvy, (URL removed)plete opposite. We did some big developements around Denver, CO and were basically all of my doing. I ran the company from our residential markets to our commercial (URL removed) did nothing and wanted to collect half of everything. Thus, Window Pros was born July of last year. I am the sole owner of the company and am opening a new showroom north of 1st and Broadway Downtown Denver. I have moved from a ten thousand sf warehouse, to a five thousand sf warehouse and decided I am tired of throwing that money away, and now I am simply opening up a showroom to highlight our products and jobs that I have done. Therefore, it is as if it's a start up company. I need third party funding to remodel the new Denver showroom. There, I will be showcasing Windows (Marvin), Doors (Marvin), Decks (Trex), Hardwood floors, and James Hardi Siding. I have all the accounts of course already set up. Also, I have an extensive residential client base and I am in really good with some of Colorado's biggest developers. With what I know and who I know and what I am capable of, my company could be among the greatest with just a little help from a generous investor. Thank you so much. Please Help!
