Description: I am an independent real estate investor who has formed a business here in Indianapolis IN Marion County(foreclosure at an all time high). I have evaluated property for purchase, rehab and profit. I have a realtor who works with me to find comps and ARV value of property that needs rehabbing, I also have a general contractor lined up to complete the rehab projects. I have an employee to help find and evaluate property, repairs needed etc..I also have a home inspector to inspect the properties and an appraiser to help determine FMV of the properties before and after rehab. What I do not have is the funding to make the deals happen for the properties that I have found, nor to cover the cost of the rehab projects. I am seeking properties to flip in the $100K-$200K price range for now... although some lower ones seem to come through as well every now and then. The amount of funding I am seeking to help grow my business is in the range of $250K-$300K. As the properties I am pursuing have an ARV of $180K-$200K. I need funding to cover the rehab projects and the purchasing down payment or cash deals if applicable.
