Triple Crown LLC will be a permanently capitalized holding company that will initially own three independent operating companies – Triple Crown Fund LLC, Thumbelina LLC and Triple Crown Properties LLC. Triple Crown LLC will partially compound and defer costly tax payments, which is its alpha generator. Its objective will be to develop luxury homes around vineyards and farmland and; (2) engage prospective homeowners and upcoming young professionals to invest in the Triple Crown Fund LLC, through town and country lifestyle events, including mobile auctions for Virginia wine, art, and eco/agri tourism.
Triple Crown LLC was founded by Lynn Sullivan, Jon Hickox and Dennis Brack. Ms. Sullivan is a farm owner in Washington, Virginia and she is an experienced institutional investment professional; Mr. Hickox owns Bull Run Winery and is a land developer in the Virginia Piedmont; Dennis Brack, President of Rappahannock Media owns The Piedmont Virginian, Culpepper Times and Rappahannock News and he will provide event management and outbound marketing. A wealth management brokerage advisor that uses alternative investment funds will be selected to manage the public security portion of the Triple Crown Fund.
Triple Crown LLC is seeking up to $500K of seed capital, in return for a 10.4% voting interest, along with direct participation as a Member Manager of the company. This capital will be used to complete the private placement memorandum, marketing of Triple Crown Fund LLC and marketing mobile based auction events to upcoming young professionals, through its marketing company, Thumbelina LLC.
