Executive Summary
We are a multi-dimensional company with a lot to offer. First off, we are inventors with several patent designs for a variety of new products that we have developed and would like to patent or at least put in “patent pending” so we can market them. With the new designs, we have complete sales and marketing analysis reports from a national reputable invention company proving that they would be viable in the market place. We’ve done all the patent searches and have the paperwork ready to file. We even have the contacts for marketing these designs to companies such as, Everyday Edisons, Corkin Corp., Spider Sales Corp. Global INX, The Go Big Network, and several others including the U. S. Government.
As well as the new patent designs, we also have chosen several expired patents to revamp and re-submit again (products with proven track records). This alone has in the past been known to be a lucrative business venture since patents are expiring everyday.
This isn’t the only business idea we’re looking to exploring, we have also written up three government grants that we’re ready to file which includes a Low Income Housing program, a nationwide marketing program (which has interest from the Justice Department and the Department of Corrections), and lastly a counter Terrorism training unit for various Law Enforcement Agencies (this idea has interest from the Justice Department and the Marshals Office). All of our Grants have been fully researched and designed with the help and support from several Government Agencies and Community leaders whom we have contact with on a regular basis.
Even with filing grants, it will take a long time for them to be processed. In the meantime, we’re looking to use this financing to get our designs filed and sold and to get the business set into place.
Experience wise, our business staff is comprised of people with a variety of talents including 20+ years of sales, marketing, advertising, operations, business management & development, college professor and a security specialist who has served abroad under various military forces and special operations for the government.
We have put a lot of time, hard work, and research into our projects and we care a great deal about them as any company should. The only thing that is currently holding us back is financing to continue. I apologize for being vague about our patent designs but we don’t want our designs taken until a letter of confidentiality has been signed. As for your part – financing, we would be more than happy to have you as a partner or we can discuss a percentage of sales.
