Description:
We are currently wanting to take over a small business in a resort town. The two of us have years of experience managing restaurant and customer service businesses. In addition to continuing the restaurant and recreation aspects of the business, we also want to add some retail game and comic book sales to the business, as there is no other store that sells these things for over 100km.
The business has been closed for two years and needs renovations. We estimate that we could complete the renovations, bring in our stock and purchase the land for $1 000 000.
In 2005, the gross revenue for the business was $361,598.
