The Blue Room is the first of four upscale restaurant establishments located in the Denver Metro Area. Its' cuisine is a meld of Italian and French with an Asian influence, which is the culmination of my experiences over the last 20 years.
First year sales are projected to be $4.3 million with net profits estimating $1.4 million. Within the first year of business, I plan to start the Chef Lyndon Foundation which will present to the community fundraisers and charitble events. The foundation will play a role in granting scholarships, providing aide to military families, the physically challenged, and a learning facility for culinary students nationwide.
The Blue Room Project consists of four restaurants; The Blue Room, Jazz, Lyndons' and Cioccolato.
