Description:
I am the patent owner of a new product in the personal care industry line. I want to wholesale to large retail chains, spas, hotels, cruise ship lines, medicinal supply companies, all who have an established reputation in the marketplace. The personal care industry is booming.
I have a very solid business plan for your review. I have invested 35K so far into my business, developing professional DVD's for marketing and for video displays in stores and for their website. I have a working prototype, as well as a professional quantitative consumer research study on my product.
I have a strong team, including our manufacturing company, as well as marketing sales representatives in the personal care line industry waiting in the pipeline for product, to move forward with established retailers they already have connections with and selling product to nationally.
I need start up funding of $95K .I will then need to obtain a line of credit or additional funding, as I am filling additional wholesale orders with various retailers and some funding, initially for marketing expenses.
My manufacturing company will give me extended terms, as well after the first 6 months or orders. The funding required then will be the interim time between manufacturing and accounts receivable from the retailers. Generally 60-90 days interim. I then pay on the loan as I get paid for my orders from the retailer. I also get a price break from the manufacturing after 25K units, then 50K and 100K, so to lower my costs.
Everything is outlined in detail in my business plan for your review. I have an "in demand" product that is quality made and I also have the right marketing representatives waiting to fulfill orders. My net profits show over 1.5 mil in middle of second year and 2.2 mil at end of third year. This is with only 730 retail stores nationally. I will then have enough funding to reinvest on my own. Please consider my business plan for review. I would appreciate the opportunity to discuss this further with you.
