The Crossroads is a teen centered music venue including pool tables, dart boards, snack bar, street basketball, beach volleyball, state of the art study area area, as well as a full stage area and equipment for performances.
There will also be opportunities for the teens to participate in community beautification days, instilling the importance of community and giving. Scholarships will be our driving (URL removed) hope to offer scholarship opportunites to all participants.
Teens will also have the opportunity to become part of our Teen Advisory Board as well as our Jr Security Team. The Jr Security Team will be made up of 18-20 year olds and will follow the same type of training as Peer Mediation with the mentality that oftentimes (not always) teens are more receptive to peer intervention when things become heated vs. police officers or other adults. Adults will be on hand at all times to aid in diffusing the situations, if necessary.
