We are a full service entertainment company that is wanting to put the largest mid-west amusement park up. Our amusement park will be open year round. Wanting it to be in Adams County Ohio. The park will have over 100 amusement attractions rides, 25 Live shows, 8 sit-down restaurants, and several retail shops. this will also bring 4000 new jobs to Ohio to help that community out. We are looking at 390 acre lot perfect for what we want to do. Investors we are wanting are silent investors that like to help. Funding will go to purchase( i.e. Land, cost to re-construct the land and build out for the park, permits, lic, wages for the employee's the first 2 yrs, equipment - rides, attractions, and buildings for these, Stock for all retail shops and restaurants, plus other things we are needing. ALL funding will be accounted for and itemized so you know we are not spending on foolish things. We are looking for a middle 2015 opening if we can get the funding now. we are looking for $75,000,000,00 for the whole project to start. It will not take us long to get it running. We will be doing the build out in 2 phases first phase will be the first year and our grand opening will be the following year.
