Description:
I have a great opportunity for an investment company who wants to get involved in developing 400 homes around a world class professional golf course. Everything is done, the city has already approved me for the development.
Call me if you want information. I have to decide on an investor within 30 days. I have a few to chose from but I want to consider more investors before I make my decision.
