Description:
Im looking for an investor who would fund my deals. I am currently a realtor in CT and have access to alot of good deals. I am currently working on one right now. Your investment is secured by the deed to the homes. If payments are not made you can foreclose on me. I know I can make over a million first year in sales or at least have a million worth of real estate. i just need the startup money to get going.
