  Zocalo Restaurant, an authentic Mexican restaurant located in the heart of Atlanta, offers award-winning cuisine inspired by food that would be served in the traditional Mexican home and at Mexican family gatherings. Zocalo’s unique focus on truly traditional Mexican food distinguishes it from other Mexican restaurants, which typically focus on more Americanized versions of Mexican dishes. Zocalo was opened seventeen years ago (Zocalo Brand = Great Valuable Asset) by the Martinez Obregon family. Brothers Luis and Marco oversee the daily operation of the restaurant, while their sister Lucero, who is currently the executive chef at one of Richard Sandoval’s and Maestro Placido Domingo’s internationally acclaimed restaurants in New York, creates the restaurant’s dishes.
We are currently seeking to further expand the Zocalo brand, which has acquired significant recognition since its establishment in 1995, by opening additional Zocalo restaurants at new locations and by making certain improvements to the existing Zocalo Restaurant so that it is better positioned to serve as a model for those new locations. Zocalo Restaurant is a successful and profitable business, and it is the ideal time to expand the Zocalo concept. We seek to raise $450,000 to support these initiatives, and to this end, we are inviting investors to purchase (in the aggregate) up to 49% of the existing shares of Zocalo Restaurant. (URL removed)
