APUL Investment is the holding company of APUL Tours Campas and Safari based in Kenya. We are in the process of building 50 ECO Friendly Holiday Cottages on the shores of Lake Victoria in Kisumu – Kenya. The development will be on 10 acres piece of prime land on the shores of Lake Victoria. The theme of the project is ‘Save Energy’ and the development is being considered along the lines of Health and Excursions’. The facilities at the development being proposed will include an ECO Friendly Club House, Solar Heated Swimming Pool, Organic Garden, Bio Gas and Water Recycling Production units’. There will an additional 50 Tented Camps lying on a one acre piece of land. This will be the first development of its kind in Africa especially near Lake Victoria which is the largest lake in Africa. The site is 15 Kilometers away from Kisumu International Airport in Nyanza Province.
