I started Zocalo Restaurant with my brother in 1995. After 19 years of being successful we decided to sell half of our company to Richard Sandoval Restaurants. For the last 6 years we have ran a very successful salsa business that mostly sells our signature fresh salsas at local farmers markets and private gourmet grocery stores.
