Description:
Pelton Construction started out developing an upscale, single family home subdivison in Reedsburg, Wisconsin near the Wisconsin Dells. Since, we have moved into building and managing apartments. We currently own a 96 unit apartment complex,a fourplex, and a duplex. At this time we are looking to grow. In order to do this feasibly, we are trying to raise $1,500,000 for an approximate 120 unit development in Madison, WI.
