To whom it may concern,
Greetings, and Salutations my good friend my name is Louie Viramontes and I have an idea that you might be interested in. Let me get to the point! This idea is like no other in the market. The idea is of a vertical or horizontal LCD/HD Technology (microcomputer) that has the ability to reveal instantaneous sports statistical figures as they are created by any sports athlete or sports associate in the nation or around the world associated with state of the art programming. The same technology will be software equipped to contain an operating system with a user name and login privileges. The visualization board shall also contain a hierarchical archival database that contains every sports statistic known to man and is easily accessible by the whim of a user by merely walking up to the installed console. This device shall be of a secondary visualization experience that can be introduced to the common home or place of business. The idea is meant to broadcast alongside a television set portraying sports broadcasts utilizing networking protocols. So the big idea is to introduce a secondary LCD/HD Technology that will go alongside any television portraying sports broadcasts’ to the United States market.
The sports statistical technology resulted into other ideas of devices that could easily be added to the idea in general. The second idea to the invention is an “all sports and only sports” video game console that only allows sports video games to be played on the console. In choosing a video game console, I hope to make a statement by introducing a video game console that will have the ability to create an independence of sports software video games from all other video game distributors in the world. The third idea is a wireless phone. A mere, simple, wireless phone to add to the collection makes the idea more admirable. In choosing a wireless phone technology, I plan to create a statistical application that is unique from all other wireless phone distributors. One example of an application that will be downloaded is an E-Mail Program that can be utilized by any wireless phone user to write e-mails to ones’ favorite sports athlete, sports coach, or sports associate at an affordable price. The final idea to add to the collection is an “all sports and only sports” broadcast receiver. This sports broadcast receiver opened up other doors such as the creation of independent sports channels to represent each sports franchise. The broadcast receiver will also be needed to provide the whole idea combined with the sports broadcasting that is needed to deliver the sports statistical figures as they are created by any sports athlete or sports associate.
The amount requested to finance the ideas is a $15,000,000.00 dollar start-up fund and that is where you come in. Through appropriate channel utilization, patenting fees, licensing fees and legal fees can be easily be obtained once the corporation has officially opened its’ doors. I filed a patent on June 18, 2010 and I also plan to file for incorporation as soon as we can conduct business. I have a business presentation on hand and the business presentation is made available upon request. The business plan contains a marketing plan, an operational plan, and a financial plan.
