We are planning to open an integrated Pest Management company catering to commercial, industrial & residential clientelle. My husband has 15+ years in the pest control industry both commercial & residential with the last 3 focusing on food manufacturing facilities. His reputation is above reproach with the auditing community in terms of assisting food manufacturing & distribution firms to pass their audits, he primarily works in the SF Bay area and he has many accounts that will be moving with him when we open. My background is 25 years in sales, marketing & project management. Our plan has us with 2 residential routes & one commercial route by the end of the first year, with plans to double that each year for the next three years. We are beginning from home, but by the end of the first year plan to lease a location that we already have in mind.
