No more contacting an attorney who charges $300.00 per hour to type up a simple contract, wills, and trusts. You now have the services at your finger tips and at a much lower price. Clements Paralegal Inc. is owned and operated by Lorraine S. Clements who holds a Florida Notary License, an AS degree in Paralegal and a BS degree in Business. I am bonded as required by the State of Florida. I am a professional and hold myself to the highest standards and greatest ethics. I love being a mobile paralegal and notary because I am able to meet and work with new people and still have the ability of working my own schedule. I have 10 years of front and back end mortgage experience and I am able to print and prepare closing documents, along with having all legal members under oath sign the documents at the closing transaction. I am equipped and able to receive documents electronically online, fax or email. I use laser printers that are equipped with PCL-5e/6 drivers and higher. The company will even file any documents the client requests through the district courts and submit a recorded copy back to the client. If a Client/Business transaction is established for any reason, Clements Paralegal Inc. agrees to keep all information provided confidential and to use such information only for the furtherance of the duties that the company was hired for. An intake sheet will be prepared by the company and the client will fill out the needed information for the type of services needed. This intake sheet will be kept in a fire proof safe along with a copy of any documents that were prepared by the company for the client. This decision is made to protect the client and the company from fraud and any unauthorized use of documents. Currently, Clements Paralegal covers the Northeast area from Nassau to Volusia counties with $.20 charge per mile if over 40 miles. Please contact the owner for further information. Fees vary depending on location. If the client is under contract with Clements Paralegal, all fees/cost will be due at the time of the signing the contract. I am available for appointments Monday thru Saturday, 8:00am through 8:00pm and emergency appointments on Sundays.
