We (Frank& Loretta)have been in the Amenities business for about five years. We have worked under the umbrella of two other companies who have collected the checks from our sales and then failed to give us our commission. But the last company has failed to pay the manufacturers for the product that we sold, installed and fully collected on. Those manufacturers have called us and asked us to rep them directly as they know the product that went through the co we worked for was our orders and they know it wasn't our decision or responsibility as sales reps to pay them.
