Description:
I am planning on opening an Irish Pub in the southwest area of Phoenix. I'm in the middle of getting bids from contractors, and it's been difficult getting funding from banks. The pub is 1644 sq. feet and will be serving beer, wine, and small appetizers. I know the location I chose is a prime spot, it's by a Checker Auto Parts and an Ace Hardware store. There is not a business like this anywhere around this area. Please let me know if you would like more information.
