My name is Lora McHugh I am one of the 2 owners of QFC. I am a minority woman based small construction company. My company performs all phases of construction. At this present time I am in the process of remodeling small residential projects. My GOAL is to fix and flip the condemmed homes in the south west denver area and make these homes HUD aproved and available for the low-income families in need of housing. My company works with our reliable sub-contractors to increase improved production schedules for profitable results. I am in search of investors interested in funding the purchase of some of these homes and to hire Quality 1st Construction to perform the construction of these homes and help us help clean up Denver.
