Description: I represent a international lender (PE Fund and Fund of Funds) operating out of Panama. We are interested in funding projects in jurisdictions that are politically stable and preferably in emerging markets. We do not fund in the USA at the current time. Commodities in the US are (URL removed) can offer a Collateral Program Overview and Questionnaires for Hotels, Resorts, Casinos, Malls, Buildings, Health, Refineries, Plants, Mines & Energy. Min $25m no upper limit. Larger deals will usually be funded in $500m tranches. Our Rates run between 6% and 8% for up to 10 years, which can then be refinanced. *Fees:* Depending on the nature of the deal there may be due diligence, legal or other fees involved but these are all added to the total funded amount. Completion fee: Cost of Acquisition of cash backed Letter of Credit 15% of loan amount.{closing cost} Origination, Consultants or intermediary fee of up to 2% may apply and added to loan if required.
