Description:
This is a real estate investment company in the startup. What I do is this; I get basic information from sellers on their properties and then make offers on their properties in a short time frame. I make the initial contact with the sellers and, if they wish, I get them into a Purchase and Sale agreement and find cash buyers willing to take title to the property. I seek a fast close on the property at hand.
