We are a small Company of English and Belgians who want to engage in a long term building and retail project within the southern area of Morocco between Agadir and Sidi Ifni. We want to encourage European tourism to the area so that the locals can earn a decent living and have identified some prime locations with great potential for luxury apartments, Restaurants, Supermarket and Chill-out bar. Morocco is undergoing a massive economic growth at present and we want to utilise our connections with locals so that we all benefit together - Financial returns on initial projects are in the region of 500%
