Description:
We are currently seeking Real Estate investors/organizations to begin construction on a Bed & Breakfast project in Washington State. The property would be situated on 20 acres with surrounding views of a serene lake, the Cascade Mountains and the stated Mt. Rainier. The project has been permitted through the county to begin the development.
We have contracted with a five star catering company in which will provide meals while lodging at the facility.
We have been involved in the hospitality and service fields for over fifteen years and ready to expand our goals into owning our own facility.
