My name is Lisa Lucania and I have been in the restaurant business for over 30 years. I am a professionally trained Chef . I want to start a unique mobile food service business and I need funding for the mobile kitchen truck or trailer that is required. I have approximately $10,000 - $15,000 for cash flow. My main problem is (my credit score is not terrible…between 650-680) that I can not show proof of income because I was unreasonably fired from my job and have a hard time showing much income for the past 2 years due to working off the books. I am now forced into finding any means necessary to make this business come into fruition. I can obtain personal references menus, projection sheet ($350,000-$600,000 annual potential), recipe cost breakdown, etc… I truly hope someone can help make this dream my reality.
