Description:
We are a small construction company that has done fairly well over the past 4 years. We grossed around $500,000.00 our second and third year. This past year we have been trying to provide relief to the victims of Hurricane Katrina by providing reasonable prices. We have lost money trying to do this and our now going to flip our own houses to get back on track. The real estate market is booming in the area and we have all of the crews and contacts to accomplish this, the only thing we need are the funds. This would be an awesome investment and very short term with a large return.
My husband has been an architech for 25 years but is not able to practice any more due to his diabetes.
Thank you in advance for considering working with us in this venture.
