Description:
I am looking to take over a large occupancy bar/lounge in Mooresville NC. The Current owner is in his 60's and can no longer keep up the property. He has made me an offer I cannot refuse and after speaking to him on a couple of occasions we have come to the conclusion I need 10,000 for beginning costs. (Insurance, 2 months rent, supplies,Utilities, etc.) This is a very small amount in the scale of how much I will make at this location! I have been promoting for about 4 years now and With all of my connections I will turn this into a money making lounge. I believe I can make the start up fee back in two months time if not sooner! Any investors looking to help with start up costs and to make some money please email me @ (URL removed). Serious inquiries only!
