I have been in staffing for over fifteen years. Doing start ups and turn arounds. The industry has much turn over along with outdated poor management level training and support. My idea is to have a strong web/online service available, create live candidate profiles along with test scores and live ref's. A secured site where clients pay to log in and search for candidates. The site would become an interactive site. Along with offering management coaching,training, and creating a professional ethical approach to an industry that has a need for a new trend in assisted staff force. A company with a strong focus on educating, training, and support not only to the staffing industry but also to the clients and candidates (a new form of communication to promote the right partnership). Where are all the staffing firms when a company is laying off hundreds? Who comes in and works with these individuals to create a plan in helping them find their next career? Perhaps a staffing firm should provide seminars and speak to these companies who are reducing their (URL removed)ther concept of actually helping first, educating, becoming part of the community, having an interactive web site with support, candidates having live profiles, ability to conduct interviews directly from the site, provide courses, seminars, coaching, etc...
