Description: I grew up in the corners of my family’s textile chemical business and studying chemical engineering in school. At the age of 23 I built a car wash with the intention of getting into the soap formulation and manufacturing business. 15 years ago I came up with a design to mix and deliver chemical concentrate in a more efficient way for the carwash. I built a device and installed it at my own carwash. The device allows chemicals to be mixed and delivered without ever having to worry about concentration levels, order drums of finished product, and mess with the mixing of chemicals to create drums of finished product or even ever roll a 450lb barrel around. I have successfully used this device to mix and deliver soaps, waxes and chemicals used in the carwash industry to a select client list and my device is still in use in my carwash today. We currently formulate our own proprietary soaps, waxes and cleaners designed to be used with the device at a previously unreachable concentrated level giving a very high dilution rate and still delivering a very active product at the end user level. This allows for several levels of distribution to participate with very reasonable profit margins. April 28 2012 we filed the final patent paperwork and the Dissolution Generator is currently in patent pending stage. Since the original work we have refined the device and created 2 versions. 1 that could be installed permanently onsite and one that could be used as a Mobile onsite custom blending unit. The technology of the device can be applied across industries such as agriculture and horticulture; industrial and institutional; food and beverage; and many more. Any industry where chemical concentrates are used.
