We have worked over the last six years to come up with a system to raise funds without going through banks or mortgage companies. We use Insurance companies both direct and indirectly and investing in the world market. This private Foundation lends on commercial projects and property by forming a JV with the potential owner, manager, or developer who is putting a commercial project together on commercial or residential development property, which needs cash infusion. The Foundation will do this by purchasing the site and the project, funding the development, and selling it back to the JV developer, retaining a percentage.
