I am looking for money to fund my start-up business. I buy homes in pre-foreclosure to help families out. I also offer services to help these families find new homes. Properties acquire are fixed and sold or kept as an investment and rented out. I am an Appraiser and Broker and I also have a small network of Appraisers, Brokers and Lender who work with me.
