I am a real estate agent and have my own remodeling company. I invest in real estate and I always have more properties available than I can do with my personal line of credit. I started working with other investors to help them purchase properties for investments and now I am working with a few out of state investors who are wanting to invest in real estate (flips or rentals) in the Kansas and Missouri areas. We buy properties that are 40%-50% below (sometimes more) appraisal value, we find the properties, we remodel them and then we sell them or find renters for those that want rental properties.
