Description:
I have been a State Certified Building Contractor for over 25 years, and want to continue rehabbing foreclosed homes for profit. Am seeking an investor that knows we are in a definite upswing in our economy and would like to invest in my company and split profits. You can either flip the houses, buy and hold or whatever fits into your financial picture. I am also an active Realtor in Lee County, and have first look at many fantastic deals!
