Description: Country market/deli, recently completely remodeled (not by me), has been in same location for 108 years. Very loyal clientele. Need funds to bring in additional revenue for store, i.e. DVD's, lottery, etc. Start-up funds were exhausted in set-up costs that weren't anticipated, such as extensive electrical work in the deli (everything was on one breaker), new electrical work in the walk-in cooler (the original cooler!). We also need to provide handicap parking, which must be paved. I currently lease property, which is now up for sale, so also would like funding to purchase property before some other investor steps in.
