Description: My Name is Linda O Baker; I have an invention that has past the three committees, before the invention can be patent. The length of the process that is still left, will take 2 in a half months. They assist me in choosing the right type of patent for the product, then they help me with the royalty. There is no maybe’s in the consumers purchasing my product. There is a real need for it, I have spoken with EMT’s and showed them my product really does work, when they came to give me a ride to the hospital. I have spoke with a lot of different people about the product and they all have said they would purchase the product. The customers will be the people that ride their bikes, run, walk, if they have a barking dog. When the product is used as directed, it will stop dogs from barking, attacking while a person walks, rides a bike, running for exercise. The product works for stopping dogs from fighting, attacking, from continuous barking, when used as directed. There are many different deterrents that the product can be used for on a K9. I started this invention in the year 2000 and have tested it on many different types of K9’s. The product is used just about every day at our house for all kinds of K9’s. I cannot say what it is unless a confidential document is signed, I can tell you it does not inflict pain in any way to the animal. I am selling 5% of my 90% royalties for 25,000.00 every million you will make 45,000.00 for as long as it sells. World Patent Marketing Pat Dorn will be handling everything. A part of the funds that are ask for will pay for the patent, and other fees that are ask for, to finish the process before marketing is started, the part of the process that is left to do will take about 2 and a half months after the fees are paid.
