I am looking for houses to buy and rehab and then sell at low prices to make a profit. I am interested in flipping houses and possibly renting them if I need to hold them for a while in order to make a bigger profit. I am looking for people to partner on deals with me, or investors to provide funding for my deals. Individually we can make 10-30% profit or more in 3-6 months.
