My company is a transportation company in which it is just like any other truckng company except that we will be running mostly local which will cut down on the price of fule and maintenance cost. I have already talked to my brother-in-law which is a mechanic and he told me that when I get the company off the ground, he will work on my equipment or recomend a good mechanic for me. He also has some other rcourses that I can use when the industry slows down wher as I can stil make money. Also it will benifit him as well. I have carefully planed out my stradegies and know where this is going and will not fail where some companies have. I have the location I want which is a prime location due to its location in conjunction to what we are going to be doing. I have already talked to drivers and let them know what I am doing and about what thier salaries will be because when thier families need to survive then the company survives without going into the hole finantually.
