The company was formed initially in 2001 and registered as a Closed Corporation in 2003. Between 2009 and 2011 the company was put on hold to allow the proprietor to run another entity with other partners.
Initially involved in the Affordable Housing sector in Johannesburg, the company has been developing retail developments in South Africa's rural centre's showing growth (URL removed)s has been done through negotiations with various stakeholder participants, and municipalities. In 2011, the company was reregistered as a (Pty) Limited, which in South African terms is a Limited Liability Company (LLC), to allow us to be able to bring to market our first retail development.
We are now confident that we have projects that can be brought to market succesfully, and a pipeline of potential projects which could be ready for funding in the next 18 (eighteen) to 24 (twenty four) (URL removed) first retail development is an approximatly 6500 (six thousand five hundred) General Lettable Area (GLA) development in a growing Mpumalanga Province township. The legal requirements have been met, and we are now ready to finalise this development through construction of the asset, and could hit the ground as early as March 2013, with a projected completion date of November 2013.
Our management is young and capable, with more than 13 years experience in the Construction and Development sector, with a proven track record at the helm of Small to Medium SIzed entities. We are now ready to break through the glass ceiling and move the business onto the next level, and become participants in the commercial sector, having consistently worked through our business plan to arrive at this junction in our growth aspirations.
