Description:
PLAY! is being created with Baton Rouge in mind. Baton ROuge is ever expanding and becoming a huge city with a great deal of retail businesses. The entertainment is of another description. It's scarce and requires something large very fast. PLAY! would have all the entities of a great entertainment venue and none of the competition. considering that and the multiplication of the population the return on PLAY! would be substatial. Not to mention the well view facility that's been chosen and can be seen very well from the busy interstate that thousands of commuters, travelers, and residents use daily.
