remain. The success achieved in the condominiums rehab provided valuable experience in the art of real estate, enabling DLD to move on to more sophisticated projects. This included the planning, design and construction of new housing units and commercial space. DLD has concentrated their efforts on the West Side of Los Angeles because of the
