Description:
Almost everything has gone up in price, except salaries. Families need affordable housing now more than ever. My name is Leon Gariepy, I am an electrician, and can fix almost anything. I already know where to buy foreclosers, all I need is a startup. My proposal is simple, buy a foreclose, fix it up myself and sell it making mostly profit. Just call me the One Hundred Thousand Dollar Man, All houses I sell would be under 200,000 dollars.
