My company is geared toward finding investment properties that generate cash flow on a monthly basis. We are also developing a program to provide lines of credit to individual investors who want to invest in real estate that generate cash flow on a monthly basis like Apartments complexes, Hotels, Office buildings, ect.... who have CPN's (credit profile number) that has a positive credit history and at least 1 or 2 open lines of credit. We need a private investment company that will be on board with financing these individuals as long as the fund are used to purchase real estate that generates revenue on a monthly basis.
